Coming to the end of a very nice weekend. Friday night I went out with some people from the company I used to work with. We went to a restaurant called the Angus Steak House, which is very unique. You go in and for a place-setting you have a picture of a cow, with all the different sections marked out...t-bone,fillet,sirloin. Then you go up and choose a raw piece of meat and hand it to the chef who cooks it on a huge hot plate thing. It was quite nice.

We then went to a bar at the viaduct (posh part of auckland) and there was an old guy there in a tux who I said looked like Dick Van Dyke from Diagnosis Murder, but every one else said he was Colonel Sanders from KFC. I'm surprised he didn't hear them saying 'finger lickin' good' all the time. They were all jealous though as he was with a good looking young chick with her boobs hanging out. Was a good night. Was suffering a bit the next day.

Discovered that I can set the Comment setting to active and people can now leave comments! That's quite cool.

Bought a NZ 'road code' book to swot up for my theory exam (can only drive on UK license for a year). It's amazing the things you forget. Going to see Sleeping Beauty on Ice tomorrow night, then Saturday night may be going to a Feelers concert. They're a rock band, and since I've only been to boy band concerts, dunno how I'll get on.

Don't you hate it when you wake up and it's pitch black and you think "oh good, it's still the middle of the night", and you snuggle back down under the covers, but then 2 seconds later your alarm goes off.
